About the author

Susanne Bleisch is Professor of Geovisualization and Visual Analytics at the Institute of Geomatics, FHNW University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland. Before, she was a postdoctoral researcher in the Ambient Spatial Intelligence Research Group at the University of Melbourne. She studied Geomatics Engineering and obtained a PhD in Geographical Information Science from City University London.
